In Q3 2022, the top 5 shooter games on the iOS platform in Nigeria demonstrated varied performance trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of Call of Duty®: Mobile, Free Fire: 7th Anniversary, PUBG MOBILE, Free Fire MAX, and Apex Legends Mobile.

Call of Duty®: Mobile from Activision Publishing, Inc. experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $20.1K in early August and gradually decreasing to around $8.4K by the end of September. Weekly downloads showed a positive trend, reaching 9.4K in the last week of August. The game also maintained steady weekly active users, with numbers hovering around 13.6K to 14.3K throughout the quarter.

Free Fire: 7th Anniversary by GARENA INTERNATIONAL I PRIVATE LIMITED saw its weekly revenue peak at $2.1K in early August, before declining to approximately $687 by the end of September. Weekly downloads showed an upward trend, peaking at 2.8K in late August. Active users increased steadily from 2.9K in late June to 3.4K by the end of the quarter.

Electronic Arts' Apex Legends Mobile saw its weekly revenue peak at $780 in mid-July, before falling to around $202 by the end of September. Weekly downloads peaked at 1K in early August, then declined. Active users showed a slight decrease, ending the quarter at about 1.9K.
